Q1. What is the intend use for CCV antigen test kit?
A1. This product can quickly and qualitatively detect the CCV antigen in feces, and is used for CCV infection screening and auxiliary diagnosis.
Q2. What is the principle for CCV antigen test kit?
A2. The CCV antigen test strip uses two monoclonal antibodies in the CCV to detect the antigen by the principle of double antibody sandwich immunity. One of the specific monoclonal antibodies is conjugated with colloidal gold particle labeling, and the other specific monoclonal antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane (NC membrane). If CCV is present, it will first bind to the gold-labeled antibody to form an antigen-antibody complex. The complex is chromatographed along the NC membrane. When it flows through the test line (T), the antigen-antibody complex binds to the coated antibody at the T line, forming a chromogenic strip at the T line; otherwise, the T line does not develop color. The control line (C line) develops color regardless of the presence of CCV antigen.
Q3. What is storage and stability for CCV antigen test kit?
A3. Rapid CCV Ag Test Kit can be stored at room temperature (4-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
Q4. Is there any of precautions for CCV antigen test kit?
A4. 1) All reagents must be at room temperature before running the assay.
2) Do not remove test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use.
3) Do not use the test beyond its expiration date.
4) Avoid direct sunlight and fan blowing when testing.
5) Do not touch the test strip window area.
6) Do not mix the sample dropper to avoid cross contamination.
7) Do not use diluent other than this reagent.
8) The used test strips shall be disposed of properly in accordance with local regulations on the disposal of pollutants.
